We had an employee previously do an "archive" from "File" --> Archive but now we need to access that information again. It has closed and seems like it deleted case information. Is there a way of getting that back again?

I have figured it out. If this happens to you to follow this progression:
File-->Archive (it is recommended to back up data as long as no one else is using the program)--> Then continue to archive manager. It should tell you how many open cases you have with $0.00 balances. Click no to continue past this and then you will be given the option to restore archived data. Check that box and click next. Then scroll to the patient's charts' you want to restore and click the check boxes. Then click restore. Once finished, it will give you the option to view a report log. You will still need to go to the Patient/Guarantor Case and reopen them manually.
