Direct addresses

Hello,
Does Medisoft or medisoft clinical support Direct addresses for secure communications? If so which versions began support for this?

Hello, Direct Addresses have been available in Medisoft Clinical for years. You must have current support with the product in order for Direct Addresses to be active. If you let your support lapse, then your Direct Addresses will be deactivated with your eprescribing and patient portal. Also, you will need to work with your Medisoft reseller to get it setup. You should be able to work with your Medisoft reseller to activate Direct Secure Messaging for each provider that you have a license for in Medisoft Clinical.
