get appointments from office hours via Report Professional

Is there a way to get the appointments from Office Hours through Report Professional so I can get it as an Excel file?

The Appointment Card report just doesn't have enough info. It only has the Date, Time appointment begins, first name. However, I need to get the
'Chart Number'

You'll probably have to write your own, but you can model your report after one of the Focus on Data reports. Export Appointment Resource Data might be a good report to copy and modify.
