get NPI for referring providers from Medisoft Report Prof

The 'Export Referring Provider Data' in Report Professional doesn't have the NPI as one of the fields. How do include the NPI to this report or is it coming from another report?

In Reports Pro, the NPI is going to reside in the MWEDI_ID table.
