Trying to figure out what security level will give access to the reports, but make sure they can't delete anything in medisoft

If you are talking about the reports under Medisoft Reports then there is Reports Security and you can specify which access levels can run each report.

I was trying to modify the ledger report to show one patient per page, rather than an ongoing combination of all patients. The only ledger report in the Custom Reports list is actually showing as "Primary Claim Summary" mrled1.mre? Any thoughts on where I can find an actual ledger report to modify? I'm using Medisoft network pro version 20 at the moment.

With Medisoft Reports Pro you can modify the Patient Ledger under Reports > Medisoft Reports > Medisoft Reports. It should be easy enough to start a new page after each chart grouping.

How do you modify the report? I don't have the Medisoft Reports Professional.

You need Medisoft Reports Pro then. Also, Reports Pro requires Medisoft Advanced or Network Pro. It will not work with just Medisoft Patient Accounting (Basic). You can purchase it off our shopping cart:

Indicate in the comments your Medisoft version #.
Keep in mind, if you buy it for an older version of Medisoft and then upgrade Medisoft, then you must also upgrade Reports Pro in order to keep using it.
