afternoon appointments disappeared. I think this began when I edited an appointment from a previous day to this afternoon. I don't see anything I could have done that would erase it all! Thanks

What version and service pack level of Medisoft do you have? Go to Help > About Medisoft.

I can see the appointments in the appointment status report for today. WHy aren't they showing up on the schedule?

I just scheduled an appointment on a different day and an error code came up: tbl Appointment : Error 7057: The record updated failed. The key value produced from this record was not unique, and an index for the current table has the UNIQUE property. The key value supplied for OHAPP:PRIMARY is not unique. I clicked on ok and it put the patient in twice...

It sounds like you have some corruption in the appointment table which can explain all of this. You'll need to work with your Medisoft reseller to get that table repaired. Also, if you reschedule an appointment, then it will still appear on some reports as the record still exists in your database with a status of rescheduled.

I love using Medisoft software. It's simply pretty much of the patient's schedules and appointments.
