custom report list

Hi Gavin,

We have been using Medisoft over 12 years now and all along we have customized so many reports for our office use. Today I went into my medisoft and all of a sudden, I am unable to find the customized report templates and only default report templates are found under custom report tab. Please let us know if we could do something to restore our custom report templates.

Jason, there should be a should be a sub-folder in Medidata\<practice folder>\UReports. This contains all your custom reports. Copy the contents of this folder from any backup.
