I'm getting an error message from RM when I try to open it after a re-install medisoft V20 . 1st it asks me to check for updates, which I have and i have the latest version. Then it says "Error version checking revenue management DB List! C:/medidata/Rmdata/cmdblist.add"
I'm computer illiterate what do I do?

Hi Dr. Miller, I see we have an open ticket for you. Someone will be in touch with you about this. There is a special Revenue Management that we have to install for those on Medisoft version 21 and older. That might be what your issue is.
