running v20 on win 7pro machine, upgradef to win 10 pro and install v22 sp1 update but when I go to register v22 I get error message . I am unsure about the serial number and/or upgrade from Ser# to use and where? Also unsure of registration code as when I try to use the v20 code it says cannot print without all serial numbers? Please advise

Hi Dr. Miller, you will need to enter your v22 serial #, registration name, and registration code on the new computer EXACTLY like you had it on your old computer. We can recover your Medisoft registration if you purchase that on our shopping cart. We will need your serial # in order to recover your registration code.
