Reporting need

Is there a report (besides running the patient day sheet which gets super long) that will show me a total of payments received during a date span totaled for each patient?

There is the Patient Account Summary under Plus Pack that gives a more compact listing. AR Tracker on Medisoft Advanced v22 or higher can list all patients with a balance and you can drill down to see all their claims.

The patient account summary doesn't show totals for the amount paid on a per patient basis. I'm looking for something that does that.

I see payments there. Sounds like you need a custom report.

The payments are shown on a line by line basis, but it doesn't show them totaled at the bottom for each patient.
