error message when printing claims

I have read the posts about this but so far nothing has helped. I am trying to print out a claim for a personal injury case and I keep getting the error that the charges have been placed on a previous claim. There is no claim listed under the claims tab for this patient. I have totally deleted the claim and all charges, saved and restarted program. Still cannot print a claim. Any and all help would be appreciated!!!

Do you have the cash case box checked in the patient's case?
