Listing Office Address on Claims

I usually do not send the facility info on claims for office-based services. However, if we list a Pay-To address on the tab for Practice Information, should we then check off the box to Send Facility on Claims with the 77 qualifier?

This practice only receives mail at a P.O. Box (there is no mail service in their town) so we have to list the P.O. Box as the pay-to address but I'm afraid if I do that and do not list the practice location address on the electronic claims that the claims may reject.

In Practice information, on the Practice tab enter the practice's physical address along with the zip+4. On the Pay To tab, enter the practice PO Box where you want claim payments to go. On the Statement Pay To tab, enter the practice PO Box where you want statement payments to go. If you normally don't send the facility on the claim, then you won't need to send it because you have a PO Box.
