Legacy Direct Modules
Direct Modules have been the historical EDI solution for the Medisoft/Lytec customers and required development involvement for any regulatory, government or payor changes. Revenue Management allows for faster turnaround of defects due to the new processing engine and a “check for updates†feature within the application. Now that Revenue Management Direct is available, we will no longer sell Direct Modules beginning December 28, 2009, and we will no longer support Direct Modules beginning March 10, 2010 for Lytec and June 2, 2010 for Medisoft.
SendClaim Claim Manager
We will no longer sell Claim Manager 4 beginning December 28, 2009, and we will end support for Claim Manager 4 on December 27, 2010. Service contracts for Claim Manager 4 will be renewed through the Medisoft/Lytec support team in one-month increments appropriate to the sunset. For example, a client that purchases support for Claim Manager 4 six months prior to sunset will be sold a six-month support agreement. As a reminder, Claim Manager 3 end of support date for Lytec is December 31, 2009.
SendClaim Office Closing
As part of the integration of SendClaim McKesson has decided to close the SendClaim office in Lafayette, LA. Effective immediately all support, sales and service operations are running through Medisoft/Lytec Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.
