Selling Used Medisoft V20

Several months ago I switched from using Medisoft locally to hosted web based application in the cloud.
As a result I no longer need my Medisoft V20 license. I think it has a 15 or 20 user license with it.
Can anyone direct me to information how I can legally sell it?
What is it worth?
Where should I list it for sale?
Any help turning into a little $$ would be appreciated.
I hate to see it sitting there doing nothing!

Unfortunately, a Medisoft software license is non-transferable. Only in the event that you sell your entire business to someone else or you do a name change of your business can your registration or licensing be changed or transferred.
