Serial after update to Office Hours v14 SP2

Office Hours is asking for registration after update to SP2. I cannot find this serial number for it in the Network v14 package we bought. Are we suppose to have this serial somewhere? I don't remember have to input a serial code for OH v14.

It sounds like you installed Office Hours Pro. Medisoft comes with Office Hours Basic, but the Pro version of the scheduler is an add-on purchase. If you want to use Office Hours Basic, then Uninstall Office Hours Pro. If you want to use Office Hours Pro v14, I still have a couple of copies for sale on e-Bay.

I see, thank you.

I was trying to download the update for Office Hours Basic to work with Vista. Apparently, I download the wrong update.

You don't need that anymore. Just install Medisoft v14 sp2 and the Office Hours hot fix is included.
