When I enter a DOS for February in transactions or MultiLink it automatically changes the year to 2020...

Hmm, I can't duplicate that. What version and service pack of Windows do you have? What date is displayed in the very lower right corner of the Medisoft window?

Same thing happens for me...and the date on the computer is correct.

I'm using Window 10 & I keep up with all the updates & yes the date in my system & Medisoft are correct.
