I have tried to send corrected claim rather void a claim and used frequency code 8 for a BCBS claim. I have a rejection which says claim reference number is missing/ invalid. I found that claim # is populated on comment column under claim and still I have a problem. I tried to reduce the numbers to 13, 15 and tried different ways but could not succeed. Please help. I need to understand if I have to enter something manually on Medisoft V19.
