iOS App iOS 10 Compatibility?

Hi-
Any idea when Medisoft will release an iOS 10 compatible update for their iphone/ipad app? App crashes at launch on iOS 10.

I have iOS 10 and the Medisoft v20 app works. But I have an older 32-bit iPad. The Medisoft (v18) app that you can get on iPhone was never updated to work on even iOS 9. We are expecting a new iPhone app to be released with service pack 1 of Medisoft v21

My client has v19 SP1. The iOS app was the latest version available on the app store. It worked on iOS 9. They upgraded to iOS 10 without consulting me (of course), now the app crashes on launch. And thoughts (other than upgrading to v20 or 21). They are using a ipad air 2.

You need the Medisoft v20 app in order to work on iOS 10. Only older 32-bit iPhones and iPads work with the plain "Medisoft" app and only if you stay on iOS 8.
