We just upgraded to V15.1 and so far the only bugs we have encountered is an error when running a patient aging report however Gavin posted a fix for this bug here. also certain reports will seem to hang up during calculation but, its not frozen its just calculating and taking longer then you would expect. on those reports we have experienced the same hang up when printing. However, i think the Medisoft Dev's are aware of those issues and are currently at work fixing them. Fortunately I don't believe those bugs prevent you from working they are just kinda annoying. Also be sure to load these reports available on medisofts knowledge base here they fixed some report speed issues and gives you the practice analysis report.
Over all our office has been very pleased with upgrading to V15.1 and if you already have 15 it is a must service pack upgrade.
