Single Office - Multiple NPIs and TINs

We would like to bill a single payer with two different Group NPIs, for two separate patients/claims. We also have need to bill another payer with two different TINs -- These are for patients from two PCPs, who belong to different IPAs. As a specialist, my provider belongs to both of them, and the IPA contracts with the payers has the requirement that either the Type II NPI or TIN be different.

What is the best way to set this up?

You could setup a facility override in your provider/practice ids grids.

Could you please elaborate, facilities setup does not have a field for a new tax id? I did not find it in the Help.

You go into the Practice IDs grid and setup an override record by Facility. Enter all information on that override record including group NPI and taxonomy, etc.
