Hi. We currently have 6 licenses for Medisoft Clinicals and we are interested in adding an additional license. Do you know about what it would cost to add a license? We were quoted a price but it didn't seem very reliable.

Well, the licensing breakdown on Medisoft Clinical goes from 5 to 7 users. Also, if you only need another user on the Medisoft/Office Hours side of things, then the next step up is 10 users, but those licenses are much cheaper. Another thing that can affect price is if this user will also need to scan whether you have any scanning licenses available. So, I guess the question is, how many licenses have you already paid for and what areas does the new user need to get into? Another thing that can complicate things is if you haven't been keeping up on the support, then you will have to pay all the years of back support to get a new license file from e-MDS the new maker of Medisoft Clinical. Hopefully, if you have enough licenses, then you can just add the user yourself and you will be good to go.

If you need to add a Clinical user from another Medisoft Clinical VAR, you will need to do a support transfer which can add to the cost.
