Backup Medisoft error message

We are using Medisoft HL7 to bridge UroChart EMR. When we try [File - Backup] we have the error message saying that [HL7 user] has to logout. Please tell me the proper steps to backup to a USB drive. And how to turn [HL7 user] back on after backup. Thanks.

You'll need to stop the interface first. You'll need to talk to whoever setup your interface for you for instructions.
