Registration issue
I'm trying to register Medisoft V20 on a new computer. (the previous computer crashed) It registers fine and generates the registration code, but every time I open Medisoft, the registration window pops back up.
We were able to import our data and it all works fine, but it all expires on March 18th.
We have tried just about everything we can think of. Any ideas??

Everything was entered exactly how it was during the initial registration and were still getting the registration window.Andrew wrote:The registration name and address have to be exactly the same as the way it was registered.

or another possibility is you have a problem with your Medisoft re-seller and they had to retire your serial #.
