Registration issue

Registration issue

Hi,

I'm trying to register Medisoft V20 on a new computer. (the previous computer crashed) It registers fine and generates the registration code, but every time I open Medisoft, the registration window pops back up.

We were able to import our data and it all works fine, but it all expires on March 18th.

We have tried just about everything we can think of. Any ideas??

The registration name and address have to be exactly the same as the way it was registered.

Everything was entered exactly how it was during the initial registration and were still getting the registration window.

Serial or registration code may be wrong or you are entering a registration for a different version of Medisoft.....

or another possibility is you have a problem with your Medisoft re-seller and they had to retire your serial #. :(
