Office Hours - Recurring Appointments

System will not accept dates outside of one year. The help info states that "NOTE: Repeat appointments can be scheduled as far into the future as you want but if no End Date is specified, the date will default to one year after the date of the first appointment." We have tested using 2018, 2019, but date always changes to one year. Is there something we can do to allow us to schedule recurring appointments out further?

Yeah, we have been trying to get McKesson to fix this for the past 3 years.

Thank you for the response. Are there any reports that we can run to stay on top of this? Or can we build custom reports? (We only use Office Hours.)

You can go into the Appointment List and search for that patient's name to view future appointments to confirm their next appointment.

Thank you, but I meant something to be proactive so that repeat appointments don't end without their knowledge. I can export the appointment table from sql and get what I need. Thanks for the help. Your company has been great to us!

Well, it is always a good idea to remind the patient of their next visit and make sure it is on the books, but I see what you mean.

McKesson told me the online help is not accurate and will be updated on the next release.
