HELP

We have Ver 19, I need to remove 1C from box 17a on the HCFA 1500 form and need to add the facility location for Box 32 on the HCFA form this is for Medicare only. All other insurances are fine. Can someone please help?

Be sure to edit your Provider IDs grid and remove any legacy IDs. (Look for the 1C and blank it out and click Save). Be sure you are print a report template that has 2/12 in its name. It seems older versions of the CMS-1500 report template had a bug that printed 1C if the legacy ID was blank.
The facility comes from the Case->Account Tab -> Facility field. Be sure that is selected and that the Name is something slightly different than the practice name or provider name. Once you have the case updated, be sure to go into Transaction Entry and make sure the correct facility is selected on the charge line. If you change the facility on the charge, it will remove the charge from the claim and you have to rebill it.
