Good morning,

I am running the Medisoft Office hours v19 on a server and have purchased 5 licenses. The old workstations are terminal clients and I am switching to regular workstations. I can the install properly but when I access the database, it will not allow me because it is stating that I am out of licenses. My question is, how can I transfer the licenses over to the new workstations?

You simply need to exit out of one workstation to free up the license for another workstation. If you are using Remote Desktop, you must log off the desktop rather than simply disconnect from it to free the license.
