MAPA.EXE and AppCrashB1 persistent

The last few days Medisoft 19 SP1 hangs and does not start, returning the MAPA.EXE AppCrashB1 error. All running processes except tskmgr.exe and MAPA.EXE *32 have been terminated but no success. Afterward uninstalled and reinstalled application but problem persists. How can I identify the conflicting party?

Which edition of Medisoft is this? Uninstall all Medisoft in the reverse order that it was installed in. If you are prompted, select the rollback option during the uninstall. After you have it all uninstalled, in Windows browse and delete c:\Medisoft\Bin. Then uninstall anything related to Advantage and then reinstall Medisoft v19 sp1 and don't forget the hot fix.
