This Jason with Enid Heart center. We have some rejections from RR Medicare & I called PGBA Customer Support and Capario (billing system)Technical support about these rejections. They said, the taxonomy code we billed is 261QM2500X and it should be replaced with 207RC0000X under loop 2000A segment PRV03. Please suggest how to do it.

You have to have the taxonomy code setup in your Practice IDs grid and on the Insurance record EDI/Eligibility tab make sure you have the box "Send Practice Taxonomy in Loop 2000A" checked.
