Secondary Insurance claim with form 2/12

This insurance claim form does not print patient phone. I was able to edit it and add it but alerting in case someone else having an issue.

They are designed that way per NUCC recommendation.

The form has space for phone number. So we are not supposed to have that?

If you go to the Medisoft Help. Go to the search area and type clickable. If you click on the 02/12 and then click on the box in question. It will explain what it is pulling.
