I was just wondering a couple of things regarding Office Hours
1. Is there any way to be able to look up a patient by their first name or by their phone number?
2. I am currently using a custom designed sheet to print the patient superbill or face sheet as it may also be called and the process to print it is crazy. Is there any way to be able to print this sheet from the appointment grid?

Thanks, Michelle

Hi Michelle. 1. Yes. Click the Search Button next to the drop-down button where you type the Chart Number.
2. Right-click on the appointment and select Superbill.

KarthikV, it sounds like you are just getting started setting up Revenue Management. I can send you instructions to set it up yourself for RelayHeatlh (you must get the companion guide from your clearinghouse and enter THEIR information), or you can purchase a Revenue Management setup from our shopping cart for your first practice, or you can search our forum to get answers to most of your questions.

Private message me your email address for the Rev. Mgmt. manual.
