Exception EADSDatabaseError in module FRInit.dll at 0009372b

Post by Gads » Thu Oct 15, 2015 6:13 pm

Hello. Im having this error still despite the solutions that one of the strings in this forum suggested. Any other answers? Please. It was working before but when I tried to limit the users visibility of the network, this happened. When i reverted my permissions.. its still a no go. I did the copy/back up of the medisoft folders among the files on a different drive just in case i mess up. SO im good with the back up.

What version and service pack of Medisoft do you have? If this is v19, do you have service pack 1 and the hot fix?

The hot fix will indicate Build 19.1.3.38 when installed. It should be installed on all workstations.

Found the hotfix on the apps folder. Alright, this was working on all the workstations. The problem still remain on the server though which is kinda weird. The support guy that we have replaced the .dll file on a working machine, but still was having the same error. He deduced that there is something on the server that was making this error, thus suggesting a clean install. The terminal server is working fine and the on the local network workstations works fine as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

Possibly you are using more than one Medidata root folder and the server is using a different root data folder?
