missing decimal in box 21

We are missing the decimal point in box 21 of version 19.. does this matter? will the claims be accepted?

According to the documentation for printing CMS-1500 2/12 form, there is not supposed to be a decimal point printed with the diagnosis and yes insurance will take it.
