Revenue Management Update

We have MS V19. When I go to use Revenue Management it is stating "updated policy edits database effective 11.06.14 should only be installed when ready to process claims for services on or after that date" We still have unpaid pending claims prior to that date can I go ahead and do the update or do I have to wait until all claims are closed prior to 11.06.14? I am wanting to have things as updated as possible before ICD10.

You should go ahead and apply the update since hopefully you have many more claims since 11/6/2014. The edits only apply to electronic claims and you can choose to ignore any errors and submit the claim electronically anyway.
