We have upgraded to v20 Network Pro version from v19, everything seems to be working fine.

I just noticed that in the Claim Preview Report in RM, the Insured DOB seems to be arbitrary and incorrect. Anyone else notice this? I never paid much attention to this report, and not know if this also happened in v19.

First I have heard of this, but then we checked a batch of 44 claims and found 3 to have the incorrect date of birth. Note sure why. We'll let McKesson know.

OK, further looking into this shows that when the bug happens the report is duplicating the date of birth of the patient just prior to it on the report.
