medisoft access violation address 00637BFD in module cms11.exe

please, help me fix the "medisoft access violation at address 00637BFD in module cms11.exe write of address 08FEFB10" this is when I say create file when I select the ready to send claims to go into a file on the desktop it does not send it to the file and change ready to send claims to sent claims it flashes this error, please, help struggling. Thank you waiting for reply

First, you need to switch to Revenue Management and discontinue the use of CMS11 and CMSFILE by 10/1/2015 in order to be ICD-10 compliant.

But, if you must continue with CMS11, what version of Medisoft do you have?

Run a backup and then try running all File Maintenance items.

Make sure your PINS grids are setup for Practice, Provider, Referring Provider, and Facility on the claim.

Then go to c:\Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils -> PowerTools and fix all bad values on all tabs.
