Medisift 14, Print Bill error (says continued)

Hi,

When we print bill it does not display Total Amount due on the last page, it just says continued.

Did a quite a bit of research and found no work around solution.

Please help

This is what I got from Medisoft on this issue:

We will be releasing the Beta for SP2 to all VARs and customers who are having the issue and would like to have the beta through our support department.

The service pack will encompass the following issues:

14588 – OH and OH pro not working with Microsoft Vista.
14631 – Medisoft Basic cannot edit the Transaction Entry grid.
14656 – Patient statements printing “Continued” in the Total field.
14989 – Multimedia tab in case screen bringing up images slowly.
14961 – Eligibility sending incorrect appointment dates.
14632 – On printed claims with more than 6 charges the total charge amount is incorrect.
14990 – Format for calculated fields (including punctuation) not working on printed claims.

We will release this beta to support on January 26, 2009.

Any issues found with the beta will be reported through the support department, however, only defects that did not exist prior to SP2 will be considered for correction prior to full release of the service pack.

We are going with a wide beta release in order to alleviate the issues as quickly as possible. We expect to release the final version of SP2 in the month of February.
