Anyone brave enough to update to Medisoft v20 yet? Normally, we wait till the first service pack to avoid unexpected issues.

What are your impressions of the v20 software? :?:

Unprocessed Transactions is improved as advertised. We haven't had time to play with Patient Intake yet.
