RN reports have encountered a problem

No help from ,Even after taking our Money They said it cant be fix

Which edition and version of Medisoft is this? You got error 6303, but Advantage v11 is supposed automatically increase the connections when the maximum is exceeded. If you go into the Advantage Configuration Tool in the server, is there anything in the rejected column?
