We are currently running v19 (19.0.2.134)

Our reports are hanging or take a very very long time to process. Searching the forum, it seems like the Medisoft 19SP1 Hotfix 1 (Build 19.1.3.38) was suggested as a possible fix.

Is that the right thing to upgrade or should I download the V19 Service pack first and then apply the hotfix

You need to install service pack 1 and THEN then hot fix 1. Be sure to install on all Medisoft computers or the slow report issue will keep coming back.
