The UB data fields often have to be changed for subsequent claims or when sending secondaries. How do you capture the information that was sent with each claim in case you have to resubmit it at some later date or need to refer to it for other reasons?

You have to create a new case each time the UB data changes which can happen as often as every visit. You can use the copy case function to speed things along.

That is ridiculously inefficient. My provider works with patients who often have severe debilitating injuries, so they can easily have more than 60 or 70 visits. This is also a problem because sometimes we need to have one case for auto related visits and one case for non auto related visits. What happens when we have to run a report dividing up account activity by auto versus non-auto? If I have 40 auto cases and 30 non auto cases, there's no way for me to do that. This a critical function when you have auto cases going into litigation and you have to run a report of charges (or other activity) only related to the auto accident.

What is the specialty and did you check to see if professional claims would work for them?
