Native error 00033

Sorry, I hope I am not cluttering up the system with inane questions. I am trying to make a root backup question and am getting error code 00033, which I am at a loss how to get past. Any help appreciated. The exact error message is:

"An error occured, "ZipForge1: Cannot open file "\\medi\medidata\SharedData.add" - Native error: 00033." Do you wish to retry, ignore, or abort?

Someone else might be in Medisoft (or the Task Scheduler is running). If you have Network Pro, try running a Hot Root Backup.
