How to Close Task Scheduler?

To test my setup, I tried restoring a backup. I get the error message,

"This option requires the Task Scheduler to be closed"

How do I get past this and actually try to restore a backup? I have tried unclicking the check box at the lower right (Open on Startup), logged out and logged back in, but that doesn't help. I also didn't find any tasks I could shutdown in the Windows Task Manager.

I think this is talking about the Medisoft task scheduler. You should see it in the system tray on one of your computers.

Indeed - the solution was embarrassingly simple - I was closing the task scheduler on the workstation that I was on, not the server where Medisoft was running. Once I closed TS on the server itself, the restore functionality was restored. :)
