Need to print the Time on a custom Medisoft v12 superbill

Apparently the Appointment Time field is missing from the fields pick list in the Medisoft v12 sp2 report designer.

To get around this, edit the superbill that already comes with Medisoft. Select the field that says time and then pick Edit and Copy off the menu. Now edit your custom superbill. Select Edit and Paste off the menu and then click where you want the time to print. That should cause the time to print on the superbill.

This issue was fixed on Medisoft v14.
