Software Registration

I have installed version 19, and have been using it. Having a issue with the registration which I have a copy where I completed the registration. However, when I open the version 19, it says product has not been registered please register by a certain date. Also, giving me a pop up saying I have a duplicate error on my files, asking if I need to transfer all of them? Hope someone can help.

The times I have seen this happen consistently, someone still had an old version of Medisoft and every time they ran it, it corrupted the registration for everyone else at the office. If it is just you, make sure you don't have an old Medisoft icon that you are running.

we are still having problems with registration. We have deleted the old medisoft icon. Says our serial # is invalid. After we press register it gives us a registration code to print off.

Try uninstalling all Medisoft. Starting with v19 and working your way backwards to older versions. Select Roll Back when given the option. Then once you have all of the old Medisoft off, re-install just Medisoft v19 sp1.
