printing font altered

I am having problems with my statement and HCFA printing font. The forms look fine in report designer and the font is courier new.
But when i print, the font changes and expands which blends the letters and numbers together making it hard to read.
Other reports such as the patient account summary do not do this.
I have reinstalled my printer drivers but that didnt affect anything.
any suggestions?
Medisoft v19, just installed SP1 to see if that would fix it.

Is this happening when you run Medisoft under Remote Desktop or as a Remote App? What screen resolution are you using?

Virtual Machine - Windows 7 Pro Resolution = 1920 x 1078

You can right-click on the Windows Desktop and select Personalize -> Display -> Smaller - 100% (Default).

that did it! Great. My screen is huge - i wont have to get glasses soon either!
