Is there a way I can send a statement to more than one guarantor for the same patient?

Not if you are talking about sending the same charges to more than one guarantor. You can split the charges between guarantors.

How do you split between two different guarantors for one patient? Example: Divorced parents that have a decree of 75/25 split.

You would have to setup 2 cases with different guarantors and enter some of the charges on one case and some on the other. Or, split the amounts between the two cases.
