Hi Gavin,
I am currently working on V14, SP2 and I know that in the past, Internet Explorer 8 was not compatible. Now that Explorer 9 is out, is there still a compatibility issue, or can I upgrade to IE 9?
Also, I've seen a lot of posts regarding V19 and specific Window versions. I currently have Windows Vista home and my Medisoft works fine. Is it possible to upgrade to V19 with my current system?

I can't say that I have tried Medisoft v14 with IE 9, but in theory it should work. Medisoft v19 works just fine on Windows Vista. We recommend 4GB or more RAM on all Medisoft workstations. If you print any CMS-1500 paper claims, Medisoft v19 is recommended.
