ICD-10

Post by hrw911 » Tue Mar 18, 2014 2:40 pm

I just upgraded to version 19, and Medisoft has "auomatically?" populated the ICD-10 field for all of my ICD-9 codes with the ICD-9 code. This seems like it will cause big problems, as Medisoft is seeing the ICD-9 code also as a valid ICD-10 code. Do I have to manually go into each dx code record and delete the ICD-10 field in order to fix this?
