V19 OHP issue

Running V19 on Server 2008 TS

OHP issues - it's saying only one person can print superbills...

This is not one person in that dataset, but is applying to the network between multiple datasets.

I never had this issue w/V17 on Server 2003 TS

If I reset the print driver, it works again, but happening several times a day.

Any suggestions?

This is a bug in Medisoft, but it is a timing issue. The more users you have in Medisoft on a single server, the more likely it is that you will run into this issue. You should run the superbills through the Superbills menu item which will force one user in at a time. The good news is you can use an iPad now and setup electronic superbills which will circumvent the issue and streamline the whole superbill process.
